leader in the online food takeaway market, for approximately EUR 496
million on a fully diluted basis. The transaction consists of the
acquisition of primary and secondary shares of Delivery Hero. Headquartered in Berlin, Delivery Hero is a leading global online food
takeaway platform with more than 90,000 partner restaurants worldwide.
